About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update the website.
• Plan, organize, and run the Financial Advisor events.
• Send promotional content such as client holiday cards and gifts.
• Manage and handle RSVPs for events.
• Schedule meetings with pre-existing clients and relationships.
• Send out monthly newsletters and content.
• Manage social media communication.
• Post and create advertisements through the local newspaper.
• Answer routine phone calls at the Branch.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
• Extrovert personality.
• High attention to detail.
