About the Role

ONE Agency is a digital advertising agency that's exploding with growth. Founded in the resort & hospitality business and now rapidly expanding into other verticals, we focus on data-driven online new customer acquisition, lead generation and social media advertising. We're a full-service digital ad agency providing our clients deep expertise, strategy and implementation in the areas of targeted lead generation, e-commerce, marketing automation, conversion-focused design and development, and more. The Manager of Marketing Automation will manage the ideation, execution and measurement of all aspects of marketing, including email marketing, lead generation and nurturing, lead scoring, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the marketing automation platform and fully leverage its capabilities.
  • Implement all programmatic and operational initiatives through the marketing automation platform in collaboration with strategists, designers, developers, and project managers.
  • Develop and execute email, SMS, and contact strategy marketing programs, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and evaluate for improvements.
  • Maintain marketing automation integration with CRM and assist in integrating additional platforms into the marketing automation software.
  • Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance, and recommend improvements.
  • Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, researching and implementing industry best practices, strategies, and standards.
  • Plan and perform A/B testing to improve productivity, conversion rates, ROI, and sales growth.
  • Test different strategies, calls-to-action, and measure KPIs to prove campaign success.
  • Support marketing operations initiatives in Hubspot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, and other platforms by managing lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.

Requirements

  • Proven marketing automation experience, preferred 3-5 years.
  • Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices.
  • Strong working knowledge of Hubspot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, or other marketing automation platforms.
  • Copywriting experience with emails and SMS messaging preferred.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong independent project management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision.
  • Critical thinking and exercise of independent judgment and discretion.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with copywriting for emails and SMS messaging.
  • Experience with other marketing automation platforms beyond Hubspot, Salesforce, and ActiveCampaign.

Qualifications

  • Mid-level project management experience (3-5 years).
  • Experience with database management concepts and best practices.
