Marketing Automation Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Braze platform, including campaign setup, Canvas flows, segmentation, and reporting.
• Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS, webhooks) aligned with lifecycle stages.
• Use Liquid scripting to personalize content and enhance customer experiences.
• Partner with CRM, product, data, and creative teams to align messaging and campaign strategy.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance; deliver insights and recommendations to improve KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Maintain platform integrations and collaborate with engineering/data teams on Braze-related data flows.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation or CRM marketing.
• 1-2+ years of hands-on experience with Braze, including Canvas, Segments, and Liquid.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and behavioral targeting.
• Experience with campaign analytics and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with data integrations and working with APIs is a plus.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with tools like Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Sflake.
• Braze Certification(s) or formal training.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email customization.

Qualifications

• Experience with marketing automation or CRM marketing (3-5 years).
• Hands-on experience with Braze (1-2+ years).
