About the Role

The Marketing Automation Manager, Seller Success Programs at Amazon.com Services LLC is responsible for tracking and driving the efficacy of marketing programs and platforms aimed at supporting global seller acquisition and engagement. The role involves working on the selection and integration of MarTech solutions across existing platforms to improve seller experience and business success, with a focus on automation, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work at both the strategic and tactical level to champion bold, innovative automation initiatives.
  • Envision new marketing approaches and channels to reach and engage key audiences.
  • Drive efforts to integrate third-party and internal tools with the central marketing automation platform from evaluation to implementation.
  • Gather detailed business requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as marketing and tech teams.
  • Develop and execute new ideas through project plans and collaborations with internal and external teams.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams, marketing stakeholders, and international counterparts to deliver global solutions.
  • Leverage automation to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support rapid organizational scaling.
  • Manage multiple projects gracefully, balancing priorities in a fast-changing environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau, including data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs or campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance across various channels.
  • Experience with large-scale CRM and marketing automation platform implementations and API integrations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs.
  • Experience presenting ideas to various organizational levels to gain support for initiatives.
  • Certification in Pardot, Marketo, and/or Salesforce Admin.
