CyberArk is seeking a passionate Marketing Automation Specialist to join their global team, leveraging campaign execution and marketing automation expertise to drive results using Marketo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Marketing team to build best-in-class performing Marketo programs (Email, Event, Webinars) that create quality demand efficiently, at scale.
  • Create and partner with Marketing team members on email builds/sends, landing pages, dynamic content, list imports, database management, and multi-tool orchestration.
  • Create campaigns to support nurture, scoring, event promotion, and data management.
  • Plan and perform A/B testing within the marketing automation platform to improve results.
  • Understand the framework of campaigns, lead routing, and data management between sales and marketing systems.
  • Support the Marketing team with strategic marketing automation projects like segmentation, deliverability, email performance reporting, and opt-in database growth.
  • Work cross-departmentally to obtain critical information and satisfy internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain excellent communication, attention to detail, and a desire to improve processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing automation, proficient in Marketo, CRM (Salesforce preferred), and related platform integrations (e.g., Demandbase, On24).
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing automation and inbound/outbound best practices.
  • Technical aptitude with experience working with complex processes and a large MarTech stack, and the ability to understand and leverage technologies to achieve results.
  • Data-driven mindset and a continual learner.
  • Experience working with a quality assurance process to support high-quality execution.
  • Intermediate proficiency in multichannel digital marketing and its interdependence with marketing automation.
  • Excellent independent project management, self-starter skills, and experience working in and communicating within a cross-functional matrixed organization.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Demandbase, On24.

Qualifications

  • Relevant professional experience in marketing automation (2+ years).

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary range of $61,000 - $85,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus based on performance.
