We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing Operations team. The role involves orchestrating, executing, and optimizing marketing automation campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth, requiring a deep understanding of marketing automation platforms, data analysis, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Design and manage automated campaigns using Eloqua, translating campaign strategies and tactics into best-in-class marketing automation orchestration.
Build and optimize email marketing workflows to engage customers and prospects through targeted, timely, personalized communications.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive effective teamwork for seamless execution.
Conduct multi-variant testing to optimize performance, driving higher engagement and conversion rates.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously evolve marketing automation strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing automation or a similar role.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Eloqua preferred but not required).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
Certification in marketing automation platforms.
