Marketing Automation Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing automation campaigns across platforms (email, SMS, CRM)
• Manage audience segmentation, lead nurturing workflows, and trigger-based messaging
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign planning, execution, and reporting
• Perform regular analysis of campaign performance and recommend optimizations
• Ensure data accuracy across automation platforms and CRMs
• Conduct A/B testing, manage lead scoring models, and support lifecycle marketing efforts
• Maintain best practices in deliverability, compliance, and audience engagement

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation or digital campaign execution
• Proficiency in platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and integration workflows
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email formatting (preferred)
• Experience with performance tracking tools such as Google Analytics or Looker Studio
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and time management abilities

Nice to Have

• B2B or B2C campaign execution
• eCommerce or SaaS experience
• Integration experience with platforms like Salesforce, Shopify, or WordPress
