Marketing Brand Leader Kona Grill / RA Sushi

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Overall brand manager responsibilities for Kona Grill and RA Sushi.
• Work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop comprehensive marketing and public relations campaigns and maintain the promotional and programming calendar for the brand.
• Support execution of marketing plans (strategic and tactical) and campaigns for all brands, including new store openings.
• Develop and create national and local annual marketing and public relations plans with monthly metric tracking, focusing on holidays, gift cards, takeout/delivery, loyalty, happy hour, restaurant weeks, private events, food and wine festivals, sporting events, and more.
• Own the restaurant week space for all brands within The ONE Group, from registration through to menu coordination and promotion.
• Assist with oversight of local store marketing for all venues, including hotels, shopping centers, local businesses, and residential areas.
• Oversee creative and digital development, working with the Director of Social Media and the creative team to curate brand content.
• Actively seek out national partnerships, brand alignment, and brand ambassadors for all brands.
• Organize panels for new product development, menu testing, and brand sentiment analysis.
• Research new marketing tools, culinary trends, and stay updated on innovation in hospitality marketing.
• Support takeout, delivery, catering, and private events with marketing initiatives, activations, and strategies.
• Oversee menu management and development, including seeking out new trends and acting as a liaison between marketing, operations, and culinary teams.
• Monitor all online presence for the brand, including landing pages, page audits, listing management, and website functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in hospitality marketing, preferably multi-unit.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very well organized with strong multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to remain calm in high stress environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Facebook Business Manager, and all social/digital platforms.

• Experience in hospitality marketing with multi-unit brands.
