  • Implement tracking mechanisms and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance across the funnel.
  • Analyze data from A/B tests, nurture streams, and digital platforms to optimize conversion rates and ROI.
  • Deliver campaign reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting MQL quality, SAL conversion, pipeline contribution, and regional performance trends.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement, leveraging both human insights and AI optimization engines.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B campaign management or demand generation, ideally in cybersecurity or complex technical solutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and measurable ROI.
  • Experience partnering with Sales and SDRs, with a solid understanding of lead qualification and pipeline metrics.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to understand cybersecurity solutions and translate technical capabilities into compelling messaging focused on pain points, use cases, and solution value for both technical and business audiences.
  • Strong grasp of paid media channels and platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, display, retargeting, ABA), content syndication, and lead nurturing tactics.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), CRM (Salesforce), reporting tools (e.g., Sisense), and ABA platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to provide strategic direction to both AI systems and human stakeholders.
  • Proficient in the use of data to inform strategic decisions, guide AI optimization, and drive continuous improvement.
