About the Role

The Marketing Campaign Manager will support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and programs across multiple channels such as events, digital, social, paid media, and nurture programs. This person will partner with stakeholders in Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations to design and execute integrated marketing campaign strategies while monitoring results based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, webinars, events, direct mail, and digital, ensuring seamless execution from planning through to completion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage partnerships and joint partner marketing efforts, including identifying relevant trade associations, securing sponsorships, and aligning with partner objectives.
  • Leverage platforms such as Monday.com for project management and manage campaign budgets to ensure resource allocation and financial accountability.
  • Demonstrate expertise with platforms such as Go To Webinar for webinars and Marketo for email marketing, landing page buildout, and segmentation.
  • Analyze and forecast the performance of marketing programs quarterly, with monthly adjustments to align with sales targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Industry Sales Leaders to develop a healthy pipeline and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate sales-qualified leads.
  • Work with Product & Content Marketing to ensure campaign content aligns with brand positioning, messaging, and buyer personas.
  • Oversee campaign performance throughout the lifecycle, conduct A/B testing, analyze metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Utilize Salesforce to build campaign hierarchies, create detailed reports, and develop dashboards for performance tracking.

Requirements

  • Proven success in managing multi-faceted marketing programs from planning to completion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Workfront and platforms like Monday.com.
  • Experience with marketing reporting tools such as Salesforce and Google Analytics.
  • Strategic understanding of marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot or Marketo, lead scoring strategies, and marketing funnel stages (MQL, SQL, etc.).
  • Strong writing skills for demand generation content including email, web, social, and campaign ads.
  • Effective communication skills to ensure stakeholder alignment on goals and objectives.
  • Ability to present virtually and in person to internal and external audiences.
  • Strong leadership and strategic skills for campaign vision and execution.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a result-driven B2B marketing environment.
  • Experience in a B2B technology, consulting, or services company.
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to travel as necessary to support marketing initiatives.
