Marketing Consultant

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Marketing.
• Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
• Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Marketing business solutions.
• Strategically engage with client personnel.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e., Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Advanced experience executing digital content across content management platforms such as SDL Tridion, WordPress, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Deep proficiency in Adobe Target or similar testing/personalization platforms, including multi-variant testing and targeted offer builds.
• Ability to read and interpret HTML and CSS to support content customization and troubleshooting.
• Robust understanding of web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and experience conducting accessibility testing.
• Familiarity with Adobe tools including Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), AEM, Target, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe Suite tools including Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), AEM, Target, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
