About the Role

In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this position is responsible for supporting the development and execution of multichannel direct marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and member retention. This position refines customer attributes using internal databases, partners with the Analytics team to leverage data modeling targeted at increasing response, application, and funding rates, including A/B testing, and partners with Creative team on copy and creative development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes Paid Search and Display campaigns aligned with business objectives, in partnership with media agency, including day-to-day budget management, campaign optimization, performance reporting and analysis
  • Acts as the Account Manager to program leads, working within their budgets to meet performance goals; manages ongoing communication on performance reports, budgets, and strategic recommendations
  • Partners with key stakeholders and Analytics teams on budget forecasting and ongoing media opportunity assessments
  • Manages all budget tracking and pacing documentation, invoice tracking, and budget reconciliation
  • Reviews and edits copy, landing page, and other creative media assets, and coordinates editing and approval process with internal and external partners
  • Proactively analyzes campaign data to recommend new opportunities for improved performance, such as A/B testing, remarketing, and channel expansion
  • Assesses data and processes to identify Enterprise-level optimization opportunities
  • Assists in Paid Media project management by developing and updating project plans, coordinating across cross-functional stakeholder contacts, adhering to project budget, participating in vendor selection, managing vendor relationships, and presenting project updates

Requirements

  • 2+ Years of Relevant Experience: Managing Paid Search Campaigns
  • Analytical campaign reporting
  • Experience with Google AdWords and Paid Search Management platforms such as SearchAds360, Marin Software, etc.
  • Experience with Web Analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
  • Must have excellent project management skills
  • Must be data-driven/analytical
  • Experience working in fast paced, deadline driven environments
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Proven self-starter with strong ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage projects
  • Problem solving skills
  • Proficient with numbers and interact with analytics teams
  • Account Management experience working with clients either in an agency and/or in-house client setting
