Marketing Consultant

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing contact for elite financial practices, helping them maximize resources and drive growth
• Collaborate with internal teams and creative agencies to deliver high-quality, well-organized marketing projects
• Create and manage firm-level marketing resources and training materials
• Support advisors with website migrations and respond to marketing inquiries
• Oversee 200+ custom websites and maintain tracking/reporting for open issues and feedback
• Manage documentation for program policies and processes
• Contribute to special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• At least 3 years of marketing experience; financial services or regulated industry experience preferred
• Strong understanding of marketing's role in sales, product positioning, and brand awareness
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism in working with field representatives
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with precision
• A proactive, adaptable mindset and a sense of fun

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• At least 3 years of marketing experience
