About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work with marketing managers and LOB partners to understand the scope and context of projects for each line of business
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives align with business and brand objectives
• Work closely with internal and external agencies to execute projects based on established objectives and project briefs
• Manage and execute assigned marketing projects in an accurate and efficient manner
• Effectively work across internal and external teams to build trust and relationships with key stakeholders
• Collaborate with teams to track and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement
• Assist in ongoing project management, coordinate day-to-day deliverables
• Stay current on business trends and competitive landscape, report out these findings
• Adhere to applicable risk policies and procedures

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience, agency or banking experience a plus
• Able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time management, written, and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment under multiple deadlines and competing priorities
• Able to track and maintain scheduled assignments and campaign data, develop campaign performance reports
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively and build relationships at all levels of an organization and across diverse cultures
• Results oriented, proactive attitude, positive and effective team member
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends and technologies
