About the Role

The Marketing Consultant supports the Measurement & Insights team focused on 3P measurement to design and execute measurement strategies that demonstrate the value of client media solutions. The role involves managing relationships with sales and 3P vendors, building audience insights and measurement solutions from the ground up, and collaborating closely with data science, consumer insights, product, and sales teams to understand core customer needs and develop innovative solutions. The goal is to establish the company as a premier platform for advertiser partners and drive advertising revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate advertiser campaign goals to recommend the appropriate client 3P and/or 1P measurement solutions.
  • Manage day-to-day study execution with 3P vendors, including sales requests, POs/LOE, vendor intake, tag/MAID coordination, survey drafting (if applicable), monitoring in the field, managing 3P relationships, analysis, reporting, and providing actionable insights.
  • Maintain outcomes database to build benchmarks and learnings from completed studies.
  • Contribute to vertical and category best practices and create scalable solutions across key client types.
  • Support and own relationships with sales counterparts, making measurement recommendations to illustrate successful outcomes, expand client relationships, and optimize campaigns.
  • Educate internal and external stakeholders on measurement offerings and opportunities through learning agendas and experimentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively across multiple business functions such as planning, account management, ad ops, and product.
  • Identify measurement needs and gaps, vet potential 3P partners, and conduct POCs for evaluation.
  • Track and monitor studies against budget, ensuring costs are aligned with departmental budgets.
  • Develop and partner with marketing to create case studies and contribute to larger initiatives like Playbooks and best practice guides.
  • Identify and maximize efficiencies in rates/pricing, processes, and communication with vendors and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years of advertising technology and digital marketing measurement experience
  • 2+ years of partnership, strategic development, and/or partner management experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of efficiency or causal measurement methods such as Incremental lift, Brand lift, Geo lift, Matched Market testing, Multi-Cell testing, A/B testing
  • Knowledge of digital media measurement methodologies including attribution models (MTA, MMM, test/control), demographic modeling, deterministic vs. probabilistic data layering
  • Experience with research services like Kantar, Nielsen, Circana, Foursquare, Cuebiq, Dynata, Attain, Adelaide, Tvision, Samba, VideoAmp, LoopMe
  • Proven analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously
  • Strong verbal and written communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
  • Strategic self-starter capable of designing research strategies and engaging in hands-on execution
  • Passion for learning new skills, methodologies, and tools
  • Ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience communicating project findings to internal and external partners
  • Attention to detail while maintaining efficiency
  • Experience with TV/Video, digital, DOOH, programmatic ad buying, and understanding of the advertising landscape across media channels is a plus
  • Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methodologies
  • Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Salesforce, Tableau, and data clean rooms is a plus
