About the Role

Reporting to the Sales Marketing Director, the Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the delivery and success of exhibitor marketing initiatives and campaigns for the Informa Markets Infrastructure & Construction portfolio. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to collaborate with various teams, create impactful content, and support the execution of marketing strategies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and a team player who thrives working across various teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write creative and impactful copy for various purposes, platforms, and channels and work with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing copy.
  • Develop and manage marketing materials by sourcing content and data from relevant stakeholders, collaborating with the design team, editing images, and proofreading to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Update content regularly to maintain relevance throughout the year.
  • Organize and input marketing content into digital platforms, share assets with key stakeholders, and maintain organized file management within the shared drive.
  • Participate in the peer review process by proofreading, fact-checking, and offering constructive feedback to ensure all marketing initiatives meet high-quality standards.
  • Assist with the reporting of all marketing campaigns by gathering data, formatting for clarity, and compiling final reports for distribution to stakeholders.
  • Assist with email data segmentation by updating data sources, running data reports, formatting data files, and ensuring accurate uploads into relevant systems.
  • Manage and update marketing materials and resources, coordinating timelines and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver content on time.
  • Support brand websites by updating content, writing copy, editing images, uploading assets, and submitting and managing support tickets.
  • Actively contribute creative ideas for new campaign initiatives based on past campaign performance, current trends, and understanding of marketing and business objectives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices by attending webinars, training sessions, and educational events.
  • Provide on-site and remote support for company events as needed, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Support the Sales Marketing Director and sales marketing team on additional/other initiatives and projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in writing creative and impactful copy for various purposes and channels.
  • Ability to develop and manage marketing materials, source content, collaborate with design teams, and ensure quality standards.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage digital content, share assets, and maintain file management.
  • Attention to detail for proofreading, fact-checking, and quality assurance.
  • Ability to assist with campaign reporting, data segmentation, and data management.
  • Experience updating and managing website content and assets.
  • Ability to contribute creative ideas and stay informed on industry trends.
  • Willingness to support on-site and remote events and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
