About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Marketing in executing the property's marketing plan and day-to-day operations. The role involves providing superior service to both internal and external guests, coordinating various marketing disciplines, and managing promotional activities to enhance guest experience and property visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate one or more marketing disciplines such as special events and promotions, direct mail/database marketing, digital marketing, player development, and/or advertising.
Provide superior guest relations by interacting with guests during deployment of special events and promotions.
Deploy and coordinate property contests, including ordering materials, setup, decor, and selecting prize-winners.
Manage and maintain promotional materials such as decor, promotional merchandising, and other promotional tools.
Work as event staff to set up events, administer contests, issue prizes, and ensure proper procedures or rules are followed.
Coordinate property activation events with personnel and/or promotional agencies.
Manage digital assets including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, property website, and guest feedback survey response systems.
Set up and deploy CMS and MGT promotions accurately and in a timely manner.
Handle special projects as assigned.
Act as a customer experience owner by surprising and delighting guests, leaving positive impressions, and establishing/maintaining relationships with them.

Requirements

Experience in coordinating marketing activities or events.
Ability to manage digital assets and social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Strong customer service skills and guest interaction experience.
Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Attention to detail in managing promotional materials and event setup.
