Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of marketing and assets across channels by entering jobs into Workfront, developing marketing briefs in partnership with the manager, and supporting copy development.
• Ensure all components of marketing assets are completed before execution.
• Provide ongoing oversight of active communications after launch, including collateral and direct-to-member communications.
• Support new market launches and track their impact on member marketing efforts.
• Ensure marketing communications are measurable and trackable.
• Balance multiple priorities while adhering to established timelines.

Requirements

• Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Problem-solving, facilitation, and analytical skills.
