Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage marketing materials for property listings and closed sales, including flyers, brochures, postcards, and email campaigns.
• Assist agents with transaction-related marketing tasks and ensure brand consistency.
• Plan, schedule, and post content across office and agent social media platforms.
• Monitor social media engagement and provide regular performance reports.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for agent recruitment in collaboration with the management team.
• Design marketing materials, presentations, and digital content to support office growth.
• Coordinate office events, workshops, and community outreach efforts.
• Maintain organized records of marketing collateral and track marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
• Support branding efforts and company-wide marketing campaigns.
• Help coordinate and execute social events in the office.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of marketing or administrative experience, preferably in real estate or a similar fast-paced industry.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask.
• Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms is a plus.
