The Skyward Marketing Digital Media Specialist is responsible for creating digital content that supports the company's strategic goals, including social media campaigns, internal culture videos, and other media. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and customers, maintaining brand consistency, and managing multiple projects. Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality digital content including video, animation, photography, and graphic design.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to gather insights and produce compelling media.
Maintain brand consistency and adhere to internal design standards.
Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
Travel occasionally for conferences, sales meetings, and training events.

Requirements

A 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent experience in digital media, marketing, or related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
Experience with digital cameras, video editing software, and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, organization, and proofreading skills.
A creative, analytical mindset with a passion for storytelling.
