About the Role

Dolan Creek Senior Living, part of Evergreen Healthcare Group, is seeking a community relations professional to serve as the Marketing Director. This role involves establishing relationships and referral sources within the healthcare community to promote Skilled Nursing Facility Services, with a focus on external communications, advertising, and event planning within a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and implement advertising and promotion activities and publicity materials including print and electronic media.
Work with other departments in implementation of activities that further external communications efforts.
Actively seek opportunities to promote the Center.
Prepare or direct preparation of public relations releases, special brochures, newsletters, advertisements, etc.
Develop, oversee, and coordinate event planning.
Manage the Community Relations Operating Budget.

Requirements

Ability to set the benchmark for branding and consistent creative excellence in the field.
Ability to interact effectively either as a leader or as a member of a team, work collaboratively with other departments and outside contacts.
Organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to implement and monitor progress for successful completion.
Work well under pressure and deadlines.
Ability to adapt to changing assignments and multiple priorities.
Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
Strong computer literacy skills.
