About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
• Oversee email marketing campaigns, ensuring they are targeted, effective, and aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create integrated marketing plans that support sales objectives and advertising sales initiatives.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design compelling marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.
• Manage performance marketing efforts, including SEO optimization and data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Lead product management initiatives by coordinating product launches and promotional activities.
• Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer relationship management.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably as a Director of Marketing or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing, e-commerce platforms, SEO best practices, and performance marketing metrics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually appealing content.
• Demonstrated success in managing product launches and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams and collaborating across departments.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

Qualifications
