About the Role

Storageland LLC is a Washington-based self-storage facility serving the greater Tri-Cities area. We pride ourselves in offering our community affordable self-storage for all their storage needs. We are looking for an Assistant Manager/Marketing Director to join our team in Kennewick, WA. The role involves managing and marketing activities, including social media marketing, office management, bookkeeping, payroll, and assisting the manager with daily office tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Developing marketing strategies and campaigns for new products, events, and other marketing initiatives.
Assist with customers, payments, and phone calls.
Manage social media accounts.
Provide administrative support to the Manager.

Requirements

Experience in marketing.
Social Media Marketing skills and experience.
Good technology/computer skills.
Experience in customer service and bookkeeping.
At least 2 years of marketing experience.
Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Kennewick, WA before starting work.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts payable, payroll, QuickBooks, camera systems, and general computer technology (not all required, but at least 2 skills needed).
