About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.
• Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, paid ads, social media, PPC, and email campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and optimize ROI.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and performance.
• Collaborate with product development teams to create effective product marketing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement metrics to inform future marketing initiatives.
• Establish partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders to enhance brand presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar role in a B2B/B2E, SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, SEO, and PPC.
• Experience in brand management and product marketing strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize marketing spend.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
