About the Role

The Marketing Director at Moxie Pest Control will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and drive sales. This leadership position focuses on acquiring new households and expanding services in the Arizona market, with an emphasis on measurable growth through digital, traditional, referral, and local channels. The role involves managing internal teams and vendor partners to ensure alignment with company goals and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full marketing function for Moxie Arizona — strategy, execution, performance, and optimization
Build and lead a cohesive marketing strategy aligned to company growth goals for new households and service expansion
Direct and manage the internal marketing support team and vendor partners, ensuring alignment and accountability
Develop and oversee campaigns that drive qualified leads, focusing on quality that converts
Translate company revenue targets into clear, actionable marketing plans across digital, traditional, referral, and local channels
Set and manage performance metrics, providing weekly, monthly, and quarterly visibility for executive leadership
Ensure Moxie's messaging, campaigns, and customer touchpoints are driving prospects who are ready to buy
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, reduce cost-per-sale, and strengthen Moxie's market position
Represent the marketing function in leadership discussions and growth planning

Requirements

5+ years in marketing roles, with clear progression in responsibility and outcomes
Experience leading marketing campaigns end-to-end across multiple channels
Strong understanding of direct-response and performance marketing
Experience managing internal teams and/or external vendors
Comfortable aligning marketing with operations and sales
Driver's License (Required)

Nice to Have

Background in home services, franchise operations, or lead-gen-driven businesses
