About the Role

JRA Healthcare is seeking a Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of our firm's marketing strategy and build the foundation of a high-performing marketing department. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of professional marketing experience with a proven track record of creating systems, producing impactful campaigns, and driving measurable results. This role is designed for a self-starter who thrives on building structure from the ground up, managing multiple priorities, and growing into a leadership position with the potential to expand and manage a marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Design, manage, and distribute internal listing announcements to ensure brokers and advisors have access to professional, well-branded communication materials that drive engagement and client interest.
Build and implement systems, workflows, and processes for the marketing department, establishing long-term structure and efficiency that will support the firm's growth.
Design and produce internal brochures, presentations, and client-facing materials, ensuring that all collateral reflects JRA Healthcare's brand standards and communicates services effectively.
Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of both internal and external marketing events, including educational seminars, webinars, client appreciation events, and networking opportunities.
Oversee logistics, branding, and follow-up to maximize ROI.
Oversee updates and ongoing improvements to the company website through WordPress, including coordinating with web developers, managing content updates, and ensuring the site functions as a lead generation tool.
Manage the company's presence on Instagram and LinkedIn, including developing content calendars, writing posts, creating graphics or media, and tracking analytics to grow brand awareness and engagement.
Direct photo and video production projects by scripting content, managing shoots, and overseeing editing and publishing to highlight JRA's services, team, and client success stories.
Develop marketing materials that define and articulate JRA Healthcare's service offerings, ensuring products are presented clearly to prospective clients and partners.

Marketing experience (1-2 years)
Content creation experience (1-2 years)
Social media marketing
Website management and website maintenance
Experience with WordPress and web development
Event coordination
Workflow management (operations management method)
Photo manipulation, photo editing, and videography experience (1-2 years)
Video shooting and presentation creation
Lead generation and digital campaign management
Marketing strategy development
Data analytics and marketing analytics
Team management and calendar management
Strong communication and visual design skills
Policy & process development
5 years of marketing experience
