About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee the marketing department, managing a team of marketing professionals, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in marketing efforts.
• Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they meet performance metrics and budget constraints.
• Support the execution of marketing initiatives such as website updates, social media marketing, and supply branded materials.
• Build and maintain a strong brand presence, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all platforms.
• Work closely with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure marketing strategies support overall business objectives.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Provide personalized support to the business owner on operational, administrative, and project-related tasks.
• Track deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups for multiple initiatives across departments.
• Act as a liaison between the owner and internal/external stakeholders.

Requirements

• A degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred, but may be waived with previous marketing experience.
• Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, with a track record of successful campaign management and team leadership.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based productivity tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in small business, startup, or cross-functional roles is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
• Experience marketing across various social media and online platforms.
