Marketing Director

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Chicago-based Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to develop annual marketing plans, content strategies, budgets, and departmental plans.
• Work with the CMO on earned, paid, and owned media.
• Assist business development and market leaders with the proposal process and pitch presentations.
• Work with market leaders to develop and implement programs designed to strengthen client relationships.
• Manage the proposal process to meet deadlines.
• Review, evaluate, and implement strategies to enhance company branding.
• Oversee and direct all print and digital advertising, print and electronic marketing communications, company swag, and project field signage.
• Partner with HR and support company initiatives to promote corporate culture and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or related field.
• 10+ years' related experience including 4+ years in the construction industry.
• Understanding of current marketing best practices related to social media, online content, and digital communication.
• Strong B2B marketing experience, including sales support, account-based marketing, event management, and client support tactics.
• Excellent communication skills for fostering teamwork and collaboration.
• Demonstrated success in team building.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities for handling multiple priorities.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must live within one hour of Plano, TX.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License required.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. required.
