Marketing Director

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute launch plans for new beers, seasonal releases, and special projects—integrating digital, event, retail, and distributor touchpoints.
• Partner with sales to ensure alignment from pre-launch buzz through sell-through support.
• Use data and consumer insights to refine positioning and optimize campaign performance.
• Own Worthy's social media strategy, creating dynamic, platform-specific content that drives engagement and builds brand loyalty.
• Manage and optimize paid Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) to increase reach, conversions, and ROI.
• Leverage influencer partnerships, short-form video, and trending content to extend reach.
• Track KPIs to measure success and inform future strategy.
• Design and execute events that embody Worthy's brand—taproom experiences, festival activations, sponsorships, and community collaborations.
• Ensure each event ties to a broader GTM or brand objective.
• Oversee creative development for packaging, merchandise, advertising, and POS materials to ensure a unified brand presence.
• Work with designers, photographers, and content creators to deliver compelling visuals and copy.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Brand Ambassadors to represent Worthy Brewing at events, tastings, and community engagements.
• Equip ambassadors with the tools, training, and brand knowledge they need to deliver exceptional customer interactions.
• Track ambassador performance and engagement impact.
• Manage a small marketing team and external vendors.
• Collaborate closely with brewing, sales, and taproom operations to align marketing efforts and maximize results.
• Own the marketing budget and calendar, ensuring projects are on time and on brand.

Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing, brand, or event management; 2+ years in a leadership role.
• CPG, craft beer, or beverage experience preferred.
• Proven GTM expertise with a successful track record of bringing products to market with measurable results.
• Deep knowledge of content creation, platform trends, and analytics for social media mastery.
• Skilled in creating engaging, brand-building events.
• Experience building and managing brand ambassador or street team programs.
• Ability to ideate bold campaigns and measure their success.
• Bonus points for hands-on photography, videography, editing, Canva, and production-level graphic design skills.
