About the Role

Connections Physical Therapy is a family-owned, therapist-led practice with 20+ locations across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. For over 40 years, we've prioritized clinical excellence, patient experience, and empowering our team. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Director to elevate our brand, attract patients, and help us recruit top-tier therapists. The Marketing Director is a key member of our leadership team, responsible for leading and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports clinic growth, brand visibility, and therapist recruitment. This role oversees our Marketing Coordinators and works cross-functionally with clinic leadership, recruitment, and operations to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage marketing plans for internal, external, and digital campaigns
  • Manage and mentor a growing team of Marketing Coordinators across all markets
  • Collaborate with leadership and clinic teams to support growth initiatives
  • Strengthen community awareness through events, physician marketing, sponsorships, and outreach
  • Ensure consistent branding across all materials, signage, and media
  • Manage print, promotional, and creative assets
  • Oversee Google Ads, social media, email campaigns, and website updates
  • Collaborate with vendors or agencies to improve performance and visibility
  • Manage online presence including reputation and local listings
  • Coordinate internal campaigns to support staff engagement and company initiatives
  • Support internal branding and cultural storytelling (e.g., staff highlights, clinic news, milestones)
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop targeted outreach for therapists and clinical staff
  • Manage job board presence, recruitment campaigns, and social media strategies
  • Craft compelling content and campaigns to highlight our clinical culture and values

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership, preferably in healthcare, multi-site, or service-oriented businesses
  • Proven ability to lead a marketing team and manage cross-channel campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, WordPress, and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp or Hubspot)
  • Experience supporting recruitment or employer branding is a plus
  • A self-starter with strong project management and people skills
