Key Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and performance of Direct Mail, Email/SMS, and Organic Search (SEO) lead generation channels across lines of business in alignment to business objectives, including budgeting, forecasting, and tactical planning.
  • Drive and manage day-to-day performance of Direct Mail, Remarketing, and Organic campaigns across branded/non-branded marketing, proactively addressing performance issues and driving continuous optimization.
  • Lead and oversee a team of 8 managers and specialists, providing direction, prioritization, and professional development to support team growth.
  • Manage third-party agency and vendor relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for budget and performance accountability.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across Business teams, Creative, Operations, Data Science, and Member Experience to align on goals and leverage learnings for targeting and optimization.
  • Research and monitor industry trends and competitive insights to inform channel strategy and growth.
  • Develop and refine standard operating procedures to improve operational efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in in-house or agency D2C marketing, with at least 3 years of managing and leading small teams.
  • Hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns and budgets.
  • Proven track record of achieving performance goals.
  • Outstanding communication skills and analytical decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate across internal and external teams.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and business intelligence platforms (e.g., PowerBI), project management tools, and channel-specific platforms.
  • Ability to work hybrid in-office schedule from Ft. Lee, NJ or Raleigh, NC offices on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Direct Mail/Print campaigns.
  • Prior work experience in consumer health, financial services, insurance, or other regulated sectors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in D2C marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience managing performance marketing campaigns and budgets.
