As a Marketing Director, you will help to oversee the Marketing Team and partner with the Business Development and Estimating Department, providing a strong emphasis on marketing support services. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Marketing Team and partner with the Business Development and Estimating Department.
- Provide marketing support services to various departments.
- Interface regularly with Pavilion clients.
- Support project managers in marketing-related activities.
- Contribute to building reliable systems and solving problems within the organization.
Requirements
- Thorough understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and delivery methods.
- Expert-level computer software understanding and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite / Adobe Creative Cloud products (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
- Ability to go back and forth and merge content between Adobe and Microsoft software programs.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform experience, primarily Salesforce.
- Proficient user in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams) and WordPress.
- Excellent mindfulness, such as color, scale, proportion, etc.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Follow through consistently.
- Ability to improvise, adapt, and overcome under pressure and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Actively involved in a professional-related association.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing at an A/E/C firm.
