About the Role

The Marketing Fulfillment Representative supports the Marketing Fulfillment Manager and the Panda In-House Agency (PIHA) team in planning and executing marketing initiatives and campaigns that drive growth for Panda Express. The role involves overseeing marketing inventory management, fulfillment distribution, and coordinating with various departments to ensure successful execution of marketing projects. The position offers opportunities to optimize operations, collaborate across teams, and contribute to the company's marketing and inventory strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the successful execution of the marketing inventory management program to ensure efficient and effective inventory practices.
  • Maintain knowledge of inventory items and warehouse practices, communicating status and order plans with inventory owners.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify or optimize operations for marketing inventory and fulfillment programs.
  • Participate in marketing fulfillment initiatives, campaign distribution, e-commerce platform auditing and maintenance, and vendor management and evaluations.
  • Partner with the Fulfillment Manager on periodic reporting and analysis of inventory performance metrics, identifying trends and insights.
  • Share executive summaries of findings to ensure the team tracks against annual goals.
  • Collaborate with the PIHA team, including Design Project Manager and Production Manager, for project intake and coordination.
  • Work with cross-functional teams involving Marketing, Operations, Warehouse, and Partners to produce and disseminate new products/projects within established timelines.
  • Resolve questions and assistance requests from store operators regarding marketing collateral and shipments promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant marketing and brand development experience, preferably in a nationally branded retail/hospitality environment.
  • Successful completion of annual store training.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with inventory management and fulfillment operations.
  • Knowledge of marketing campaign distribution and vendor management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Supply Chain Management or related field
