About the Role

OffGrid is looking for a Marketing Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for launching new products, building brand visibility, and driving demand across B2C and B2B channels — including key sectors like government, contractors, and resellers. This role blends creative content production, campaign execution, and channel management, with the ability to scale efforts using freelance and contracted talent. You'll also support events, trade shows, and digital advertising while ensuring messaging reaches the right audiences, whether they are buying for themselves, their teams, or their agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute multi-channel product launches, from internal coordination to public campaigns.
Develop sales materials such as brochures, catalogs, one-pagers, packaging, and internal decks.
Lead the creation and rollout of digital and video content supporting brand storytelling and product education.
Manage and optimize ad campaigns across Amazon, Google, Meta, and other paid platforms.
Maintain and update the website, landing pages, and content hubs for B2C and B2B customers.
Improve discoverability and conversion across marketplaces and B2B platforms like Amazon, Faire, and GSA.
Conduct customer and competitor research to inform campaigns, positioning, and product messaging.
Help tailor messaging and marketing materials for government buyers, military procurement, distributors, and institutional accounts.
Identify new channels and partnerships to expand OffGrid's reach into B2B and government sectors.
Plan and coordinate presence at industry shows, expos, and B2B events, including logistics, pre-show marketing, and post-show follow-up.
Produce and manage content including product videos, spec sheets, emails, ads, and blogs.
Use external resources such as freelancers, agencies, and contractors to expand reach while maintaining brand consistency.
Manage timelines and vendors to ensure on-time, high-quality output.

Requirements

3+ years of marketing experience in a generalist, product, or content marketing role.
Strong portfolio of past work including content, campaigns, and product launches.
Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Shopify, Klaviyo or similar.
Experience managing contractors and freelancers across creative or technical disciplines.
Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.
Experience with B2B marketing, especially to institutional, industrial, or security-focused buyers.
Ability to commute to Torrance, CA 90503.
English language proficiency.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with government contracting, GSA purchasing, or marketing to federal/state/local agencies.
