About the Role

Schneider Electric is seeking marketing, communications, public relations, and business students to join their Global Marketing Internship Program. The program aims to help interns learn, innovate, and grow within the organization, contributing to the company's digital transformation and sustainability goals. Interns will be mentored and will work on various projects related to marketing and digital tools, gaining a comprehensive view of the business strategy and mission.

Key Responsibilities

Create, schedule & implement social media campaigns
Identify gaps, make recommendations & implement new ideas through benchmarking
Develop & execute marketing plans at local and global levels
Support sales operations deployment (digital tools, social selling, inside sales)
Develop content & assets (blogs, webpages, videos, trainings)
Assist with creative studio design and strategy (graphic design & Photoshop for web, social, email)
Conduct measurement and analysis (business intelligence)
Support project management & change management activities
Enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
Create & execute internal & external communication plans
Engage in digital marketing (customer experience and engagement)

Requirements

Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program during the entirety of the program
Available from September 2025 to May 2026
Able to commit 12 - 17.5 hours per week
Must commute to a local office a minimum of 2-3 times per week or as RTO policies require
Located in MA
