About the Role

The Marketing Lead at PNC is responsible for managing end-to-end marketing campaigns across Display and Traditional channels, developing and evolving the company's media channel strategic approach, and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure a positive customer experience. This role involves working within PNC's Paid Media team to execute integrated marketing strategies that support various lines of business, with a focus on performance marketing, analytics, and media platform expertise. The position is primarily based in Pittsburgh, PA; Philadelphia, PA; Cleveland, OH; or Birmingham, AL, with some responsibilities performed remotely at the manager's discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for assigned lines of business.
  • Help facilitate the integration of media data into measurement and reporting, craft action plans focused on results, monitor campaign progress, and establish benchmarks and critical metrics.
  • Support the development of creative assets aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and partners, including ad agencies and key platforms.
  • Manage the marketing campaign budget, including invoice processing, forecasting, and allocation across channels.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for consumer media behaviors, marketing trends, platforms, and technology.
  • Establish relationships with internal and external partners to develop comprehensive media strategies and viewpoints.

Requirements

  • Experience with DSP platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Google Campaign Manager, Tableau, LiveRamp, Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience developing media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives, managing media budgets, and executing digital-led marketing efforts.
  • Strong knowledge of the evolving advertising space, especially programmatic tactics and a cookie-less world.
  • Ability to collaborate across digital, social media, sales, and marketing teams, with understanding of SEO, SEM, web analytics, landing pages, and creative best practices.
  • Experience working with performance metrics and evaluating campaign success with analytics teams.
  • Ability to craft and deliver compelling presentations.
  • A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant industry experience.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of the financial sector is a plus.
  • Experience with developing or working with performance metrics and analytics.
