About the Role

The Marketing Leader - Nuclear at GE Vernova is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for nuclear energy products and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for nuclear energy products and services.
  • Conduct research to understand customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and business decisions.
  • Enhance brand recognition and reputation within the nuclear industry.
  • Build value stories for new nuclear offerings and oversee the development of marketing materials.
  • Create high-impact content such as white papers, case studies, and technical reports to position the company as a thought leader.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to market new products, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.
  • Partner with Communications team on the creation of product collateral including brochures, sales tools, and online content.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and potential clients.
  • Coordinate and participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Develop messaging that shapes the market and creates a compelling value story for GE Vernova's nuclear business.
  • Plan and execute marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, seminars, and webinars.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in marketing, business development, or new product introduction.
  • At least 5 years of experience within the energy sector, with a preference for nuclear experience.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Access to U.S. export-controlled information, with eligibility contingent on obtaining necessary authorization.
  • Strong understanding of nuclear industry regulations, standards, and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing, especially with complex technical products and solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences including C-suite clients.
  • Experience with digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and marketing software.
