About the Role

The Marketing Leadership Rotational Program 2026 at E. & J. Gallo Winery is an opportunity to develop foundational marketing skills and gain comprehensive industry experience within a family-owned company recognized as a top workplace. The program includes two marketing rotations of 12-18 months each, focusing on areas such as Foundational Analytics, Voice of the Consumer, and General Brand Management. Participants will work on projects with real business impact, receive training and exposure to different aspects of the business, and spend 10% of their time on cross-functional projects. The goal is to prepare participants for future Brand Manager roles with independent responsibilities and decision-making confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in two marketing rotations, each lasting 12-18 months, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to different aspects of the business.
  • Work on projects focusing on Foundational Analytics, Voice of the Consumer, and General Brand Management.
  • Contribute to projects with real business impact and develop foundational marketing skills.
  • Spend approximately 10% of time on cross-functional projects to gain broader business understanding.
  • At the end of the program, transition into a specialized marketing role with independent responsibilities and decision-making authority.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree and will obtain degree by June 2026.
  • Able to travel up to 25% during the course of business via air and automobile.
  • Basic computer skills including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Travel to company offices, sites, and meeting locations up to 5% of the time for onboarding, training, meetings, and events.

Nice to Have

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program plus 2 years of professional communications, marketing, or sales experience.
  • Intermediate MS Suite skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and basic syndicated data systems (e.g., IRI, Flex, Spectra).
  • Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
  • Knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures in marketing or related fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled at an accredited college or university working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree, to be obtained by June 2026.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
