The Marketing Leadership Rotational Program 2026 at E. & J. Gallo Winery is an opportunity to develop foundational marketing skills and gain comprehensive industry experience within a family-owned company recognized as a top workplace. The program includes two marketing rotations of 12-18 months each, focusing on areas such as Foundational Analytics, Voice of the Consumer, and General Brand Management. Participants will work on projects with real business impact, receive training and exposure to different aspects of the business, and spend 10% of their time on cross-functional projects. The goal is to prepare participants for future Brand Manager roles with independent responsibilities and decision-making confidence.
