Marketing Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and projects.
• Lead content marketing efforts including social media strategy, video/reels, website, blogs, and intranet.
• Create digital communication assets such as copywriting, graphic design, videography, and photography.
• Support internal and external communications, including public relations, earned media, brand initiatives, and employee engagement.
• Keep up-to-date with traditional and emerging marketing channels and digital marketing trends to identify new opportunities.
• Lead the planning, promotion, programming, and execution of special events, ensuring their success.
• Support creative ideas and implement campaign strategies, working some early mornings, nights, and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, journalism, communications, or related field.
• Prior management experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in a marketing-related role.
• Portfolio with work samples must be provided upon request.
• Excellent digital marketing experience, professional writing ability, and intermediate skills in Adobe Create Suite (graphic design, photography, video editing).
• Experience creating social media reels and planning social content.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with customer relationship management and marketing automation tools.
• Creative and innovative thinking skills.
• Solid grasp of design, copy, and digital/web marketing best practices.
• Understanding of marketing channels that engage, educate, and motivate action.
• Familiarity with current trends, marcom solutions, and methodologies.
• Ability to forecast trends and identify challenges.
• Knowledge of marketing metrics and reporting processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills, metrics-driven thinking, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, adapt quickly, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with creating social media reels and social content planning.
• Proficiency in long and short-term planning.
• Ability to thrive under pressure with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, journalism, communications or related field.
• 5+ years experience in marketing related role.
