About the Role

The Marketing Manager works with the Marketing Senior Manager and/or Marketing Director to manage day-to-day marketing planning and execution for key service lines and/or market-specific and regional strategies at AdventHealth Orlando. The role involves applying market research, analytics, and intelligence to develop plans that differentiate AdventHealth and promote growth in volume, market share, and brand awareness. The position emphasizes building strong stakeholder relationships and contributing to outstanding customer service within a community that values holistic well-being and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Leads the day-to-day strategic marketing efforts for assigned service lines and/or dedicated markets/care communities with an overall regional and network focus for the Central Florida Division and AdventHealth overall.
Coordinates with the Research team to develop market analysis and research, obtaining competitor, consumer, and physician intel to create effective marketing plans.
Sets goals, strategies, and tactics to ensure operational business goals are met.
Regularly monitors patient volume, market share, online engagement, and brand preference; implements tracking mechanisms on marketing initiatives to show success and reconcile ROI.
Develops and maintains meaningful physician relationships and creates effective physician marketing strategies, including traditional and digital initiatives to drive physician referrals.
Collaborates with Physician Relations/Sales team on physician-to-physician marketing strategies and provides market opportunities for lectures, events, and community relationships.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least 5 years of marketing experience.
Valid Driver License and in-state driving record in accordance with AdventHealth policy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications or related field
5 marketing experience
DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State driving record in accordance with AdventHealth policy
