Key Responsibilities

  • Define and create the customer strategy plan in alignment with our NPC strategy and customer marketing strategic focus areas.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our customer, their beliefs and behaviors, our competitors, testing settings and the market, including emerging trends, payer landscape and patient mix.
  • Develop and maintain target customer audience data sets (e.g., top 300 IHN list, top 100 urgent care list) in partnership with NPC sales leadership to elevate target audience reach.
  • Lead the development and utilization of segmentation model(s) and approach(es) to enhance and impact target audience reach within specific portfolio areas.
  • Establish a program to develop and leverage NPC customer advocates to bring customer stories to life through testimonials and references to influence opportunities, drive differentiation, and accelerate wins.
  • Utilize customer data and insights to develop and execute strategies within identified areas to drive incremental demand and growth.
  • Enable commercial success through activation, measurement, and optimization of marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Drive sales and marketing collaboration and serve as a primary engagement point for both sales and customers.
  • Manage resources and budget for all assigned programs with proactive communication on issues and opportunities.
  • Report on special projects, business challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
  • Act as a role model to drive impactful business solutions, positive change, and motivate others to success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing, business, sales or equivalent experience.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to travel moderately as dictated by business need.

Qualifications

  • Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.

  • Expected salary range of $91,400 - $169,800 based on experience and other factors.
