About the Role

The Marketing Manager is a full-time, in-house role based in Plainfield, New Jersey, responsible for leading marketing efforts across a collection of premier properties. The position involves developing innovative, data-driven marketing plans, managing campaigns from start to post-analysis, and collaborating with venue teams to ensure brand consistency and creative execution. The team is composed of creatives, strategists, data experts, and trendsetters, working together to drive marketing success in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive marketing plans for venues, aligning strategies with business goals
Lead venue teams across the portfolio, ensuring each property's unique identity is reflected in its marketing approach
Oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns, from inception through post-performance evaluation
Utilize Sprinklr to optimize social media engagement, campaign management, and customer experience
Analyze campaign metrics and ROI, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
Collaborate with venue stakeholders to ensure brand consistency, strong messaging, and creative execution
Manage content creation, media strategies, and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring all efforts align with company goals
Strategize with the team to create and promote house events for restaurant properties

Requirements

Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for multiple venues or properties
Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
Proficiency in social media management tools, specifically Sprinklr
Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign metrics and ROI
Creative thinking with expertise in both strategy and execution
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
