Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy across multiple channels including email, push, SMS, in-app, and on-site, from concept through execution and analysis.
  • Develop and execute campaigns, optimize existing journeys, and build new ones based on data and insights to ensure a cohesive user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Content teams to connect technical capabilities with business objectives.
  • Enhance data capabilities through understanding of APIs, data management, and system architecture.
  • Oversee data cleansing, documentation, and quality assurance to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Manage data ingestion processes from data warehouses, APIs, and third-party connections into Iterable or similar ESPs.
  • Design and implement experimentation plans, including A/B and multivariate testing, to optimize lifecycle and behavioral journeys.
  • Analyze testing trends, share insights, and translate findings into actionable improvements.
  • Act as a central connector across cross-functional teams, leading project kick-offs, strategy sessions, and providing timely updates on project status.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, and retention marketing with end-to-end campaign management experience.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute detailed projects to completion.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience leveraging data for decision-making.
  • Effective communicator capable of influencing and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in an agile, test-and-learn environment with an innovative mindset.
  • Proven project management skills and successful cross-department collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently under deadlines.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation software such as Iterable or Braze.
  • Familiarity with automation, AI, and machine learning features within CRM tools (nice to have).
  • Bachelor's degree required (BA or BS).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) such as Tealium.
  • Familiarity with automation, AI, and machine learning features within CRM tools to enhance personalization and efficiency.
