We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Lending Lifecycle Growth Marketing professional to join our team and drive marketing strategy and innovation. This position is primarily based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH, with some remote work possible at the manager's discretion. Experience in Home Lending (Mortgage and Home Equity) marketing is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads the strategy and team that executes and implements integrated, multi-channel, strategic marketing plans for one or more products/initiatives/channels, formulating plans to acquire, grow, and retain customers in support of the product lifecycle and business goals.
  • Leads a team to define and drive alignment on business and marketing objectives, develop value propositions and target segments leveraging competitive intelligence and insights to drive growth strategies, and contributes thought leadership to build consensus among partners.
  • Translates desired business outcomes into marketing strategies and executes complex, integrated marketing programs/initiatives including advertising, sales content, and internal communications, influencing multi-functional program teams.
  • Influences and manages the marketing budget, ensuring activities are optimized and delivered within the established framework, and coordinates with legal, compliance, finance, risk, and other key partners.
  • Responsible for performance management, coaching, and development of employees to achieve business results and adapt to evolving marketing strategies and industry changes.
  • Creates omni-channel marketing strategies for Mortgage and Home Equity products, including acquisition, cross-sell, retention, and engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Tests complex offers and develops strategies for Home Equity Line of Credit portfolios to drive retention and engagement, including utilization and maturity strategies.
  • Partners with product teams, call center leaders, and sales leaders to support successful omni-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Optimizes digital funnel strategies, builds and enhances customer and prospect journeys, and leverages paid media, SEO, and affiliate channels to maximize marketing effectiveness.
  • Uses data and consumer insights to develop innovative creatives and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience in Home Lending (Mortgage and Home Equity) marketing, including omni-channel strategies for acquisition, cross-sell, retention, and engagement.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies for mortgage and home equity products, including testing complex offers.
  • Understanding of Mortgage and Home Equity products, programs, and audiences, with knowledge of industry cycles and trends.
  • Experience in developing Home Equity Line of Credit portfolio marketing strategies to drive retention and engagement.
  • Experience in partnering with product teams, call centers, and sales leaders to support marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of Fair Lending and Community Reinvestment Act.
  • Experience in optimizing digital funnel strategies, customer journey building, and paid media channels (Search, Social, Display, SEO).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond promptly to partners.
  • Strong data analysis skills and consumer insights application for marketing strategy development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree; higher education such as a Master's or PhD is desirable.
  • Typically 8+ years of industry experience with at least 5 years of management experience.
  • No required certifications or licenses.
