About the Role

As a part of the Marketing team at Quinyx, you will work with the North American revenue team and global marketing functions to deliver a high-quality pipeline for new business opportunities, develop the existing customer base for marketing and upsell purposes, and build the Quinyx Brand in the local market. Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the North American revenue team and global marketing functions to deliver a high-quality pipeline for new business opportunities and develop the existing customer base for marketing and upsell purposes.
  • Build the Quinyx Brand in the local market.
  • Be the bridge between Regional and Global Marketing functions and collaborate with regional peers to maximize marketing efforts.
  • Create, execute, and report on industry-leading marketing campaigns and activities targeting top prospects and customers.
  • Work closely with sales to build awareness and pipeline within target accounts.
  • Create and execute lead generation campaigns leveraging ABM tactics and other enterprise-focused marketing activities across channels.
  • Leverage marketing tools to support demand generation strategies aligned with North American marketing and sales plans.
  • Monitor and analyze the pipeline, ensuring follow-up on leads through marketing and sales collaboration and automated cadences.
  • Work with the global team to ensure content is suitable for the North American market, localizing where needed, and create blogs, articles, social posts, and web pages.
  • Organize and manage webinars and physical events such as exhibitions, fairs, and breakfasts.
  • Create engaging ads and social posts, maintain and update the website, and animate local social channels to increase audience engagement and followers.
  • Create, manage, and analyze reports for marketing KPIs and OKRs.
  • Manage marketing budgets to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, including timely invoice payments.
  • Use sales and marketing systems to create emails, newsletters, content offerings, webinars, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with the local North America Sales Team, Global Digital and Brand Communication teams, and other regional marketing teams to support marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • A passion for marketing, with energy and a willingness to be fearless, bold, and brave while focusing on business objectives and impact.
  • 1-3 years of experience in delivering high-quality pipeline using various marketing tactics and nurturing methods.
  • A collaborative approach, working closely with the local revenue team and global marketing functions.
  • Being a team player and ensuring effective sales and marketing relationships.
  • A can-do attitude with readiness to jump straight in.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) tactics.
  • Experience in organizing webinars and physical events.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and using marketing systems.

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing, ideally 1-3 years in demand generation and pipeline development.
