Marketing Manager - Seasonal Campaigns, Retail Marketing

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of advertising and marketing communications programs on behalf of our Marketing Strategy partners. Campaigns will include select holidays/seasons (Valentine's Day, Easter, Summer, Halloween, and Holiday). Campaigns will encompass paid and owned assets including display, SMS, email, digital, direct mail, and social.
• Build strong relationships throughout Marketing Strategy and internal ad agency, establishing yourself as key resource and partner regarding brief development and project management.
• Set priorities, stay on top of all deadlines and creative reviews/brief due dates, and assume a leadership role for assigned projects.
• Develop Go-to-Market plans and seasonal re-caps comprehensive of all marketing launches.
• Oversee management of master product list and act as liaison with cross-functional partners to ensure detailed information is populated in timely manner.
• Support and assist with various elements of operations across the traditional, digital, and/or social spaces.
• Serve as an expert of the business, knowing the seasonal merchandise, the target audience and competitive landscape, in order to support the team and contribute to strategy development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing work-related experience; retail marketing B2C preferred.
• 2+ years of knowledge and expertise in direct-to-consumer marketing and experience in one or more sub-disciplines (email marketing, direct marketing, digital marketing, marketing communications, advertising, agency management, consulting).
• Integrated experience across paid and owned channels.
• Understanding of social media platforms, digital environments and experience with production and content development.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively, prioritize, communicate effectively across integrated teams and problem-solve in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for the customer, innovative mindset, able to provide recommendations based on insights.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, thorough, collaborative team player.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
• Detail oriented, while able to see the big picture at the same time.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Expert in direct and digital marketing programs. Able to drive vision and facilitate stakeholders to achieve clear objectives.
• Partners with reporting and analytic stakeholders and joint teams to ensure data and tactical report plans align with objectives.
• Strong facilitation and change management skills to communicate and drive alignment.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
