The role of Marketing Mix Modeling Analyst is integral to evaluating marketing strategies and optimizing marketing spend across channels to drive data-informed decision-making and improve marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of development and implementation of marketing mix models to assess the impact of various marketing channels on sales and brand performance.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including media, marketing, and sales, to gather data and understand business objectives.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling reports and visualizations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing analytics and data science.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning and budget allocation.
  • Assist in the development of dashboards and tools for ongoing performance tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related role, preferably with a focus on marketing mix modeling.
  • Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SAS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and metrics, including ROI, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with machine learning techniques and advanced statistical methods.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and their measurement.
  • Experience in the Automotive vertical.
