About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create systems, processes, and tools that positively impact productivity, profitability, accountability, and service.
• Lead Marketing Operations Category Projects, managing project budgets and timelines.
• Leverage defined metrics and project relevant metrics to assess return on investment.
• Drive clear and efficient processes for the creation or enhancement of assets for marketplace execution.
• Manage category assets and develop plans and work assignments aligned with forecasted project load.
• Work closely with external agencies and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Drive marketing strategies for retail, including developing integrated marketing plans and customer journeys from inception to execution.
• Lead the development of retail concepts, standards, and visual merchandising strategies.
• Oversee the strategy and training tools for product presentation and visual standards.
• Manage in-store signage creation and deployment to align with promotions and operational needs.
• Collaborate with CRM teams to develop marketing strategies that engage consumers and drive traffic.
• Conduct market visits to evaluate execution and gather competitive insights.

Requirements

• Experience in developing and executing retail marketing strategies and plans.
• Strong project management skills, including managing budgets and timelines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to craft detailed briefs.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors.
• Detail-oriented, positive, innovative mindset with a passion for consumer engagement.
• Experience with visual standards, product presentation, and in-store signage.
• Ability to analyze consumer insights and develop strategic frameworks.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in retail marketing or brand storytelling.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and in-store customer experience strategies.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and digital marketing platforms.
