  • Analyze attribution data to identify high-value channels and present findings to leadership.
  • Document new processes and train team members on workflow updates.
  • Eventually lead marketing operations for international expansion and own the tech stack supporting large-scale campaigns.
  • Build attribution models and develop predictive lead scoring algorithms.
  • Design the marketing operations playbook for companies in the portfolio.

Requirements

  • Experience building scalable marketing operations, preferably at a fast-growing B2B company or startup from seed to Series B.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies in workflows and design solutions to eliminate manual work.
  • Strong focus on connecting marketing activities to revenue outcomes, ensuring campaigns and touchpoints tie back to deals won.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with attribution modeling and developing predictive lead scoring algorithms.
  • Experience leading marketing operations for international expansion.
  • Ownership of the entire tech stack supporting large-scale campaigns.
