Job Description

About the Role

The Fuse team works across Amazon to bring services including Prime and Prime Video to customers through relationships with mobile operators, financial institutions, media distribution companies and other segments worldwide. We help our partners leverage Amazon's services to drive differentiated offerings and streamlined access for their customers. This role involves streamlining partner marketing workflows, standardizing processes, driving user adoption of marketing products, and creating scalable solutions across a global marketing ecosystem. It requires collaboration with global stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams within Fuse, Prime, and Prime Video to develop repeatable, scalable programs that empower internal marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement simplified processes and programs across 3P partner marketing execution workflows, ensuring seamless execution across regions
  • Drive operational excellence in partner marketing asset management, including portal administration and streamlined content distribution processes by partnering with global Prime/PV teams
  • Develop and maintain standardized marketing calendars, synchronizing global tentpole campaigns with regional partner initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions that drive marketing effectiveness and efficiency
  • Create and analyze marketing operations performance metrics and provide insights to optimize team's efficiency
  • Enable regional teams with marketing automation tools and standardized processes by driving adoption of these tools
  • Spearhead campaign automation adaptation and localization efforts, with particular focus on streamlining approval workflows
  • Establish and document best practices for partner marketing operations across global markets

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

Nice to Have

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
  • Experience in video content operations is a plus
